“It has the potential to be fantastic. No WiFi in guest rooms. I had 3 rooms for my family, none could access WiFi in their rooms. WiFi only in the lobby, don’t be fooled by hotel saying otherwise. No hot water for showers. Told to let water run 10 minutes because it’s solar. Water was consistently cold. Room comfortable. Amenities? There were none in the room I was in.”

“Hotel just cancelled our 3 rooms with very short notice - less than 12 hours - and left us in a sad situation. ”

“Location is fantastic, it’s on the Mara river and in the north conservancy which is quieter than the main park. The food is five star, the safari jeeps are a bit tired and need replacing.”
