“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“We’ve stayed at a handful of properties across Italy and this one was by far our favorite! The room was lovely and the garden was gorgeous. The owner was so kind and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Make sure to give a pet to their rabbit Rudy!”

“Couldn't get into the place and got no response from the owner. Had to go and stay in another hotel for the night. Lost my money, but if the other reviews about it being dirty and mouldy are correct then perhaps that wasn't such a bad thing.”
