“The staff was absolutely fantastic, kind and welcoming! It was so kid friendly, wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed it more! Breakfast was delicious!! Unfortunately our room wasn’t as clean as you hope, it was as if it was cleaned a while ago and not used, it could have used a freshen up before we arrived ”

“The staffs at the front desk were professional and kind who gave me a good impression. Although the equipment was old in my room, I could find various house tools. There was no WIFI signal in the room. If you need the internet, go to the lobby. The location is nice. PortAventura and the beach are within the 10-minute walk distance. In general, it's a budget choice for 3-5 people.”

“Allocated a room in Iguana block - very strong smell of cannabis. Not great first impressions or aroma for a family hotel. Room was clean on arrival, but looked tired and dated. Very thin walls and poor window insulation, we could hear the person next door snoring and sound of the train announcements from the station.
