“The AC in the first room I was given was still getting fixed, there was another box with an AC in it in the room and the tech’s tool bag was still there when I got in. They apologized and gave me another room but it wasn’t an upgrade, it wasn’t even the kind of room I paid for. Granted it’s the same price but still I paid for a shower/bath tub combo and I was transferred to a room with a standup shower. And the thermostat on the wall would have been a hazard cause it wasn’t attached to the wall……

The tiles on the floor in the bathroom were cracked and looked unkempt. The draperies were not hanging on their hooks and were difficult to open. The carpeting has begun to fray. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay. A variety of hot and cold breakfast foods.”
