“I had a very disappointing experience at the Holiday Inn in Cold Lake. The refrigerator in our room was not working, and despite reporting the issue, it was not fixed until 9:36 p.m. As a result, all of the food I had stored in the fridge went bad. When I explained the problem, the staff member responded rudely and insisted that the fridge had worked fine during inspection, rather than addressing the issue professionally. “All the staff were helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was delicious and the staff in the restaurant were excellent. The casino was a fun diversion and also very friendly. Our room was clean. Some mild updating would be in order but overall it was great.”
