Carpet in our room had a large stain by the table. Coffee maker was nasty dirty and would not of used due to this. Front desk clerk at check in was too busy on her phone to answer questions regarding food or beverages. Customer service was just awful.

Only issue is understanding your staff that answers the deak. I love people from all over the world. But if was running your hotel i would have ONLY English speaking persons, it really makes a difference on my opinion. Plenty other people out thrre.
