Although the decor is older, it was very clean and the room was large. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast included hard boiled eggs, bagels, toast, waffles, biscuits and gravy, fruit, orange and apple juice, coffee and tea. It is located about 5-10 minutes from nice dining and shops. There is a pool, which I believe was heated, but we didn't use it. Check in and out was easy and there was plenty of parking.

Really great location just off Rt 1 & super close to Rt 27 that brings you down to BoothBay. Double level buildings so you may hear feet on floor above yours if they walk loudly. Simple continental breakfast was included in our booking. Non carpeted flooring which I LOVE! sink and mirror were outside of toilet and shower closet area. Very clean and tidy building and grounds. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
