The staff are amazing, room and interior are great. The immediate area surrounding the hotel is not great, they need exterior security as there were drunk and aggressive transient folks around the entrances and perimeter of the hotel; making a traveling family feel not secure.

FirstName was surprisingly a very cute and fun hotel. I loved the pet friendly atmosphere and the way that the hotel focuses on being eco-friendly. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well kept. The hotel is within minutes from the main downtown area.
