Most friendly staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in. From the time we checked in until we sadly checked out the staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. Mathilda in the restaurant was so helpful with not only breakfast but also great suggestions on places to visit in Bordeaux.The hotel is located across the street from a mall and a Tram station. So easy to get anywhere in Bordeaux from this hotel. Would love to stay here again.

The staff are amazing, room and interior are great. The immediate area surrounding the hotel is not great, they need exterior security as there were drunk and aggressive transient folks around the entrances and perimeter of the hotel; making a traveling family feel not secure.
