“I reached out to the host the day before my stay and was told that the space confirmed in my reservation was not available. They offered a smaller space in the same building or we could cancel. Because it was New Years Eve, there were no other comparable rentals in area and we felt like we had no other option but to take the smaller space, sight unseen. This put us in a tough position. The beds were nice and the space had amenities like an iron, etc. The bathroom unfortunately felt very dirty.……

“First day - lock pin didn’t work and no cold water for some time
Second day - no water so toilet flush didn’t work until early evening almost 12-15 hours with no water.
Stay at your own risk where there is no in person reception and only had to rely on WhatsApp text especially when on vacation prefer some well known hotel chain”
