“Deeply Disappointing — Poor Service & Poor Rooms I booked a Premium Superior Double Room and contacted the hotel multiple times over three weeks about an extra bed for our toddler. No response. At check-in, we were told the extra bed would come at a significant additional charge — around a third of the room rate. When I asked for any goodwill gesture, I was refused.
