Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in Borro?
The best area to stay in Borro is within the main medieval village itself, or in one of the surrounding villas and farmhouses on the estate.

The medieval village is the heart of Borro, offering a great experience with its historic architecture and cobblestone streets. It features the main reception area, a charming piazza, and several dining options. Guests staying in the village have convenient access to amenities like the spa and the estate's boutique shops. This area is particularly well-suited for couples seeking a refined and tranquil retreat.

For families or groups, the private villas and farmhouses scattered across the estate provide more space and seclusion. These properties often include private pools and kitchens, offering a home-away-from-home experience amidst the Tuscan countryside.
When is the best time to go to Borro?
The best time to visit Borro, Tuscany, is during the spring (April to June) and fall (September to October) months, when the weather is pleasant and the Tuscan landscape is at its most inviting.

For couples seeking a romantic getaway, late spring offers warm, sunny days superb for exploring vineyards, enjoying al fresco dining, and taking scenic drives through the rolling hills. The temperatures are comfortable for outdoor activities, and the countryside is lush and green.

Families traveling with children will find early autumn an excellent time to visit. The harvest season brings cultural events and culinary experiences, while the mild temperatures are ideal for outdoor excursions without the intense heat of summer.
