Right outside is a very pretty walking path as well as a dog park and regular park. It is also walkable distance from pretty much everything we did in the city. As for the apartment itself. It is exactly what we were looking for. Very well kept and very pretty interior that makes a cozy home after a day in the city. It’s all about the location and this place has it. It’s a corner unit and the views of gardens and watching people out and about walking their dogs. No need for a car rental walk to everything. Walking to distance to all the good stuff and just far enough away to avoid all the city noise. Our son loved the 2 park options within an 8 iron of the front door! Loved looking out over the private neighborhood park and enjoyed the spaciousness within. The kitchen was great for our take out. A great find with the sound of subways passing underfoot. My daughter and I really enjoyed this brownstone while touring colleges. It was the icing on our trip. The location is ideal. The neighborhood is so cute. There are lots of great restaurants w/ in walking distance. We couldn't of asked for anything more. ##### liz m. My daughter and I had a great stay, and overall we had no complaints. The site of the home is a perfect location if you like to be near shopping and the train. The area is safe and has many restaurants to choose from. We came for a short visit with old friends, as I used to live in the area years ago, so it was nice to be back! Boston is a GREAT city! I liked listening to children and dogs playing in park just outside the window of the apartment. There were plenty of restaurants and green areas nearby. Host was also responsive if we had questions. The neighborhood is charming with many flowering gardens and mature trees.
