Christmas 2024

This was the second time we'd stayed here for Christmas and if anything it was better than the first. We loved all the Christmas decorations and the spectacular view of the ocean. The house fit three generations easily, was warm and comfortable.

This home is absolutely beautiful. We stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect for our group. Kevin was a great host, very accommodating, quick to respond, and helpful throughout our stay.The space looks great in photos but is even more impressive in person. It is bright, open, and well designed. We were blown away that each bedroom has its own balcony and bathroom, which made a big difference for our group. The downstairs pull-out couch also has a large privacy curtain, which was a nice feature for anyone sleeping there.Another bonus was that the Murphy bed and the king bed upstairs are in separate rooms, which gave us more flexibility than we expected.The location was ideal. It was within walking distance of both the groomsmen’s house, which made things much easier during a busy weekend. Everyone had a great time and felt comfortable the entire stay.If you are considering booking this place, you should. It is a beautiful space that works especially well for groups or gatherings, and we would definitely stay here again.

Fathers Day/60th Birthday Party

We had a great time. The house was perfect for the group we had. Everyone had their own rooms, bathroom, refrigerator, and deck. The master deck was very large with plenty of room. I have no complaints with this property. Kevin was responsive with anything we needed.

Wedding stay

My family stayed for 3 nights leading up to my daughters wedding. The house was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone. The decks were very relaxing. On Friday we hosted the bridal party and some out of town guests for a catered BBQ. Saturday the bride and her bridesmaids got ready at the house. The pictures were gorgeous!! Kevin was very easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend this property.

Girls weekend #6

This property is the 6th Cape area property that we've stayed at for our annual girls weekend .It is the biggest and best so far ! There was plenty of room . All the bedrooms having thier own bathroom and balcony was great ! The deck is huge, the kitchen had plenty of room . It was just a great property and we enjoyed our stay . I had forgotten several items that I had considered gone and Kevin said he would mail them too me ! How awsome.is he ! Great host , great property . Thank.you so much , we will be back.

Great location right on the ocean

Kevin was prompt in responding to our requests. There was plenty of room for the 14 of us in the house. A welcome booklet or binder with all the things we needed to know about the house would have been better than sticky notes scattered around the house. The location was beautiful but too far out of Boston for those who want to spend most of the time there simply because of the horrendous traffic. Wish we had known about the ferry from Boston to Higham. That would have saved us a lot of time. Kevin had the house well stocked with all the basic needs.

Best deck EVER

This large property in Scituate is right on the water. Water is all you see from the amazing deck which has enough furniture for 15-20 people. Our group was 9 women (coworkers) meeting for a staff training/retreat. Plenty of beds, decks, 6 bathrooms!, and space for privacy made this property a perfect place for our retreat. Would stay again! Owners were responsive and helpful!

Gorgeous space for my bridal party!

My bridesmaids and I stayed at this location to prepare for the wedding and it was gorgeous! The rooms were beautiful along with the views, and the amount of space made getting ready a breeze! Communication made check in extremely easy. Highly recommend this location!

Wedding Party group house

Stayed for my daughter’s wedding 12/28/24 fromFriday 12/27 until Monday 12/30. House was perfect for most the entire wedding party. It served the purpose for all the girls to gather together in the AM to start make up and hair. Weather was not exactly as planned but because we were all together the weather went unnoticed. We all just made the best of it because the house was so inviting. Others that stopped by were highly impressed. I brought a lot of my own “stuff” but the house was fully stocked. We had a slight issue with the 3rd floor toilet but when I messaged the owner he said the previous guest said the same and he came by while we were out at the wedding and fixed it. Was a flapper issue which was minor. Check out was easy just had to get the trash out into the bin. Told us whatever didn’t fit to leave it on the deck near the four entrance and didn’t have to strip the beds. The service would take care of it. Only couple things I would mention is if he could have a check out written process in a notebook on the property to reference would had been Helpful so I didn’t have to bother him. And also because it was raining, the pretty trellis over the door way entrance made for slot of “dripping” when we were coming and going. Naturally if it wasn’t raining wouldn’t had been an issue. He’s been very gracious. Would highly recommend this place.

The photos of this home don't do it justice - it is spectacular! Every bedroom has an ocean view and 5/6 bedrooms have a private bath. The owner was lovely and gave us all the information we needed. We texted him for a few questions and he responded right away. I would stay here a million times. Our family rented this for our daughters wedding and it was perfect!

Olivia & Matt's Scituate Wedding 2024

We used this property as the location to house family/friends and the wedding party for hair/makeup and getting dressed. The location was Amazing and close to everything you needed. The house was immaculate and completely stocked with anything you could think of for entertaining and beyond. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were like heaven to sleep in. We highly recommend this house for any occasion. Special shout out to Kevin, the house host who made this trip so easy and without worry. Very responsive and easy to deal with.. Five +++ stars from our family trip!

Amazing Place!

We had an amazing stay here! The view was incredible and so much space for all our friends and family for our wedding weekend! Couldn’t have asked for a better place! Amazing home, amazing hosts

I can't begin to put into words how incredible this location was. My husband and I stayed here on our wedding weekend with both of our families and used it as a place to get ready with our friends. The location is unbeatable, I mean, just look at the photos, but it was the hospitality that made our experience above and beyond. We were greeted by Jane, Kevin's wife, whose kindness and joy for us started our weekend in a way we could have never imagined. I have never had the experience of being treated with such kindness in a rental home like this from the start. She made sure we had all the amenities that we needed and made us feel like it was our own home. This home will have a special place in our hearts forever. We will absolutely be coming back. And if you're considering booking, just book! You will be disappointed if you miss the chance.

Perfect family vacation

This beautiful home was the perfect family vacation. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed every minute of it. There was plenty to do , We could walk to the local convenient store for treats and ice cream. We walked to the lighthouse and the kids could play on the ball field . We never felt crowded and the living space allowed us to have game nights without feeling cramped.

Outstanding Oceanfront Home

For our daughter's wedding held in Scituate, this home provided the perfect accommodation for the bridge and our family to stay for the long weekend. The Host was very responsive and attentive and provided a home that exceeded expectations. The view is second to none, just beautiful with glimpses of both sunrise and sunset and an ocean view for as far as the eyes could see. Guests that visited were all impressed by the view and the comforting feel of the home. Our thankful appreciation goes out to the owner. We highly recommend this home and look forward to another stay in the near future.
