My only complaint is a big one. You need accessible coffee!!!!! The coffee, creamer & sugar that is available in the room is far less than impressive, and there wasn’t access to any decent coffee in the lobby; unless you’re able to wait for the coffee shop to open (which I wasn’t able to do) and pay extra. It’s for this reason alone that I won’t be booking anymore business travel stays here. It’s too easy to find another hotel, in the same price range, that offers great complimentary coffee 24/7! Everything else was great! Such a bummer.

This place was phenomenal. We had a wonderful time after all. This trip that we’ve been on just kinda ended up horrible this place really made up for it. Thank you for all of y’all’s kindness and friendliness.

The bathtub was clogged and shower curtain smelled. The bed sheets were noisy

Ideal location just off I-90 and right next door to a restaurant. Accommodations were spacious, quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous!

I liked the brickwork and the elevators were quick to access. Desk clerks were kind and efficient. I did notice that the cold air return in my room was dirty, so I cleaned it.
