Backing up to the forested area with a trail that takes you to the Gallatin River offers the opportunity for wildlife viewing (binoculars included) while being so close to everything Bozeman has to offer. The neighborhood's walking trails are often used by the neighbors, making this a quiet, residential subdivision with no through streets.

Located in the Four Corners area of Bozeman, this condo is a perfect jumping-off point to visit downtown Bozeman, Big Sky, and Yellowstone National Park. 8 miles to downtown Bozeman, 10 miles to the airport, 25 miles to Bridger Bowl, 35 miles to Livingston, 45 miles to Big Sky, and 85 miles to Yellowstone National Park.

Enjoy all the comforts of home with two spacious bedrooms, a pull-out sofa in the living room, and one bath, accommodating up to 8 guests. The condo is 1064 square feet in total, not including the two-car garage.

The primary bedroom features a California king bed with a Nectar mattress. The secondary bedroom boasts queen-over-queen bunk beds. The full bathroom has a tub with a shower.

Decorated with gorgeous Pendleton decor, this condo features many amenities to make your stay comfortable. In the kitchen, find everything you need to prepare a great meal or just heat up your takeout. Stainless steel appliances and an eat-in kitchen opening up to the living room make for easy conversation while you enjoy your meal. A blender, crockpot, toaster, coffee grinder, drip coffee maker, ice maker, serving dishes, and filtered water in the refrigerator. Off the kitchen on the second-story patio, you'll find a sectional outdoor sofa, a dining table, and a propane grill.

There's a full washer and dryer with a steamer in the unit, plus an iron and clothes steamer. Linens, including bedding and towels, are included.

Enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the 65” LG TV in the living area and 55” TV in the master bedroom - both with Spectrum high-speed internet. Additional perks include a garage to park your vehicle with room for your fishing or skiing gear.

The condo has two different places to work from home. In the secondary bedroom, you'll find an adjustable-height standing desk, and in the main room at the top of the stairs, there's another desk for catching up on emails or checking the fishing report. The internet speed is 154.6 Mbps down and 12.9 Mbps up.
