“The first room we were given seemed to have working A/C on the crazy hot day of arrival but soon it became obvious that it was just the fan running in the 2nd unit. So I requested assistance and that resulted in getting a new room, but on the third floor. “Front desk staff seam to offer different services,
Maintenance personnel was terrible was put in room with no Ac and a burnt plug maintenance said plug is fine we get you new room so got a smaller room and only had a portable Ac unit took 30 hrs to get room to room temperature not acceptable”
