Property recently sold. Construction everywhere. Electricity was off most of 1 day. Rooms dirts trash and food under beds.

On their Google page they advertise that they have an indoor swim area for kids. I brought our three grandchildren and they informed me, rudely, that you are no longer allowed to use that facility.

The staff is friendly but the quality of the building and rooms is very poor for that price. Very over priced and pictures look better than the building actually is. Overall disappointed.

For a quick stay is served its purpose. There was still soap left in the shower from last guest. Also felt that the room was humid— in fact my cup had condensation on the lid the next morning— with that being said the sheets and towels felt wet. Also felt that our room did not cool off.

The staff is great. The hotel is awful. Where to start... the room wasn't cleaned, smelled like mold and the AC was so loud!!!! The onsite restaurant was an even bigger joke. Its so ran down and dated. The mini golf was just a few random balls and clubs lying on the side walk!!! Stay across the drive at least they're doing renovations!

1. When we s showed up, our room door was open and all the water was running and there was a bunch of dirt in our bath tub 2. When I was getting ready for bed I found a huge yellow stain on my bed (similar to someone wetting the bed). 3. There are sign’s everywhere promoting the restaurant that was never opened. 4. I wish the pool had a late night adult time from 10-12 5.parking is confusing, we got told we were going to get towed cause we went to the wrong parking lot. 6. Staff was super friendly, they knew what they were working with and were doing the best they could.

The staff were amazing! They even emailed me before my stay asking if we were celebrating a special occasion, which was my daughter’s birthday! They got her favorite drink and candy bar and a couple other cute little things waiting for her in the room when we arrived! It is very quiet and relaxing at this place! I have no complaints!

We have stayed here many times during the past 17 years. Back then it was Welk Resort and we loved it. Under the new ownership they need to work some of the bugs out. Hopefully they will because we love the location.

The advertise an indoor pool and slide, not there. Food in there restaurant was bland very basic. And ac in the room was horrible uncomfortable to sleep. Would never go back!! Not worth it.

The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable the day shift customer service was great. The evening shift needs help in customer service and greeting. Was disappointed the evening staff acted like we were a burden to check us in.i also asked for a easy room to for my sister to get too and have room for her being handicap she is on oxegyne and in a walker when i called to let the staff know they said they would make sure. But did not happen when checked in only thing they did is let us on the first floor.but gave us the wrong hall to go too.

We liked the location. If you are just looking for a place to stay, it works. The pool area needs an update and better supervision. When we stayed my kids didn't want to swim because it seemed like others were just doing whatever regardless of posted rules. Spraying people with water hoses. There was no parking if you arrived after dark. You had to walk a mile to the entrance. Disliked no microwave in rooms and horrible water pressure.
