“Perfect for a one night stay after arriving late at BSB. We arrived at 2am and was given our keys very quickly. Unfortunately, we missed breakfast, but that was included in our stay. The hallway is super loud in the morning, people talking and cleaning happening so be mindful if you need a quiet place. The overhead light did not completely turn off.”

“I am an Expedia VIP member, and the property is supposed to provide a special welcome along with other perks.
Not only was I denied all of those benefits, but I was also charged an extra fee for early check-in. It was a Sunday, and the property had many rooms available.
I had to argue with the manager to have the fee reimbursed, and after considerable discussion, she agreed to refund the amount that had been improperly charged.
I paid via PIX (cash) but as of now, I still have not received……
