There was one lady I believe was the manager who was rude when I asked for additional towels. My check out time per Expedia was 12pm however, the day that I was supposed to leave the property, they told me that I had to check out by 11 even after I told them my checkout time per Expedia was 12 o’clock. The laundry area was pretty dirty as well. Overall, the room was great. The cleanliness of the room was great. The housekeepers were great. I did not want my room cleaned during my stay, however, the same lady, which again I believe was the manager, stated that per Marriott’s policy my room had to be cleaned. I did speak with Marriott corporate who stated that it is not one of their policies and if I elect to not have housekeeping clean my room, that was my right as a customer.
