Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: River Ridge Rentals went the extra mile in service. We had 2 small issues with the property (burglar alarm would not stop pinging; deck was unusable because of dust and dirt from nearby construction settling on it). They responded rapidly and fixed both issues quickly and expertly.

The house was fantastic and suited our needs for my husband's 50th birthday trip. The host left clear instructions for everything at the property and were responsive.

Great location and house

We had a large group and this house provided plenty of space and activities for everyone. It is located close enough to town but far enough away to feel the mountain experience The property manager was very responsive to any questions

The kitchen was well stocked, the house was clean, the game/movie room was a blast, and the hot tub was humongous. As skiers and boarders, the huge boot & glove dryer was unexpected and meant that we started the day with warm boots & gloves. The communication A+. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Fun and comfortable

This place was perfect for our mixed group of families wit young kids, singles, and couples. The layout made it so that kids could be napping while adults played. The kitchen is the best stocked I’ve seen and the property is just gorgeous inside and out. We had very pleasant exchanges with the property managers and the place was clean nd tidy. We look forward to staying again

Family

We held a Family get-together (my husband and I, our 4 kids and their spouses and children.) We enjoyed the property and the location. I especially liked the downstairs where the kids could go play pool and watch movies while the adults were fixing food, etc. The views were beautiful and we got some great family photos with the views and the wildflowers.

Spring Break Trip - 13 adults and teens!

This house is just “extra”! Beautiful home and an amazing large hot tub! Great back porch, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and comfy beds! The kitchen is beyond stocked and towels galore (not normal in a a rental). The house location is great to get to the Breckenridge Ski resort and for Main Street shopping and dining (10 mins or less drive). We would re-book this house for sure.

The only issue we had was with the amount of chlorine in the hot tub - we ended up with bleached bathing suits and irritated skin. Overall though, we were very happy with the estate and would rent again.
