Royal blue living in the center of downtown Breck: a few minutes' walk to both world-class skiing, as well as Main St. Breckenridge's restaurants and shops. This fully-renovated Cimarron 2BR Suite comes with hot tubs on-site, gorgeous views from your private deck, and a luxurious interiors to relax in. You'll also have wood-burning fireplace (wood is available in the building) and an in-unit washer and dryer, plus access to the heated pool, the grill pavilion, heated garage parking, and private gear storage. With a spacious master suite and a fully-stocked kitchen, you'll have the comforts of home while in the heart of Breck. High-speed WiFi is always included. Please note, the outdoor pool and hot tubs are closed from April 14th to May 24th, but the indoor hot tubs will still be accessible.
Mountain Access points: The closest access point is the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Chair, at .2 miles, it's a flat-elevation, 5-minute walk.
The Gondola is also easy access, a flat-elevation, half-mile walk. The BreckConnect Gondola is always free, runs summer and winter, and brings you to the base of Peaks 7 and 8. It's also a great ADA-accessible option for people with limited mobility or non-skiers.
The F Lot is located directly across the street and is a hub for the Breck Free Ride Shuttle. You can find all route and schedule information on their website or by sending us a message.
The Snowflake Lift is very close for Peak 8 Access, a slight uphill for .4 miles and a 9-minute walk.
To get back home after a day on the mountain, ski or hike down Four O'clock Run. At the bottom of the hill, make a right turn onto the sidewalk, pass through the roundabout with pedestrian crossing, and turn right onto the Cimarron complex.
Entrance
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with ample natural light and modern mountain decor. There's an entryway bench and storage for some handheld items. This welcome area is followed by the spacious living room, your private washer and dryer, and the kitchen and breakfast bar. The condo also features a dehumidifier.
Kitchen:
The well-appointed kitchen has a 4-person breakfast bar with comfortable seating. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, all the cooking necessities, from the new wall-mounted microwave to the 4-eye electric stovetop. We also have a classic coffee-maker, toaster, spice rack, and more. There is plenty of dedicated cabinet space to accommodate all of the serving and dining ware, clean and ready to use.
Living and Dining Room:
The living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing and hiking with plenty of seating for your entire group. This family area includes a wonderfully-comfortable leather sofa which converts to a bed for two, plus two lounge chairs and ottomans, a gorgeous coffee table, traditional wood-burning fireplace, and flatscreen TV directly above the fireplace. All of the TVs are Smart HDTVs, and have access to Netflix plus lots of channels. We also have a little library so you can cozy up with a good book.
The dining area is sleek and modern, complete with chandelier, area rug, artwork, and comfortable seating for eight.
Bedroom 1:
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, closet, and dresser, as well as a lovely window to let in lots of light. The bathroom features beautiful countertops and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom features a full-over-full bunk bed, as well as a flatscreen TV and storage space. The guest bathroom is directly across the hall, and includes a shower/tub combination.
Deck:
The spacious deck includes seating, and is the best spot to take in the view of the mountains while sipping on coffee or a cocktail.
Around the complex:
All of the amenities are included. Two hot tubs and sauna on-site, as well as secure gear storage, heated garage parking for one car, grill pavilion, an additional shared laundry room, and the Upper Village Pool. Of course, you'll have prime access to all the shops and restaurants of Main Street, and the base of the ski resort at Peak 9.
You'll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.
