The staff are friendly and nothing was too much trouble. From check in to check out we couldn't fault a thing. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, a huge shout out to the chefs! Rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is in an excellent position. Parking is an issue but there are council carparks nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay again.
The staff were amazing but the hotel itself was very tired and requires a revamp. Our room had hair clumps on the floor can only presume it was from previous guests under the bed has never been hoovered in months, marks on towels and bedding. Furniture is very dated and marked .

The staff here were friendly, the location central and the room clean and spacious. It is good value for money. A good, quiet fan was provided to help with the heat, but it was a shame they had to limit the opening of the window. Why can't guests decide how far they'd like the opening? We're not all suicidal or with children. It is good value for money. We found the breakfasts to have plenty of choice and options, but the evening selection and skill of cooking to be rather lacking, e.g. asked for a steak to be medium rare, but it arrived well done. The omelette at breakfast overdone so much it was like rubber.
Great staff and quick having the key for a very clean room . Left large with a walk in. Disability shower room . On the ground floor courtyard. Nice restaurant and bar . In the middle of Brecon
Great place to stay in the middle of Brecon town centre, with cracking places to eat nearby including the hotel itself. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Parking is an issue at this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Food at the function I attended was very good considering the numbers involved. Some training of the serving staff might help. One of them knocked my drink over, said "Sorry" and that was that. Drinks were very pricey.

The room was clean but bathroom and the room itself looked tired and needed a bit of decorative attention. The veggie breakfast was good and there was plenty to choose from. The staff were polite and friendly.
Only downside for me was no parking facility. There is a long stay car park near the theatre. A charge of £5 during daytime and free overnight. But you have to update daily at 08.00 hours. This is about 1 10 minute walk from the hotel.
Ours was a family get together and suited us being in the centre of town.
Would stay there again staff were friendly and very helpful.
Thank you Team
