Modern residence "Residentie Albatros", 5 storeys. In the centre of Bredene, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. In the house: lift. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning on request (extra). Single garage. Supermarket 50 m, restaurant 20 m, tram "'DE LIJN'" 200 m, bus stop "De Lijn" 900 m, railway station "NMBS 'station Oostende'" 6 km, sandy beach "strand bredene" 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, sailing school 1 km. Nearby attractions: Markt (dinsdagmorgen) 100 m, Boudewijn Seapark 26 km, Brugge 26 km, Plopsaland De Panne 48 km. Please note: baby equipment (included). The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Group of youngsters not allowed.

Balcony 10 m2, north-west facing position. Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 10 (1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Great flat in Bredene

Very nice flat with everything which was needed. From the balcony the sea could be seen. and on the ground floor there a a Lidl and a Dehaize for the daily shopping. Brilliant. The only pain point was, that the house was directly at the two main roads. So it was not possible to sleep with open windows during the night.
