The apartment is located on the third floor of a well-maintained house and offers around 30 m² of living space, providing room for up to four people. In the open living and dining area, you will find a well-equipped kitchen line with an electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, as well as crockery and cooking utensils - perfect for self-catering. The room is air-conditioned and equipped with a dining table, a sofa bed, and SAT-TV. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and a small table with a chair. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, mirror, and toilet. A special highlight of this accommodation are the two balconies with sea views - one is directly accessible from the living room, the other from the bedroom. Both are equipped with a table and chairs and invite you to enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea with a coffee or observe the sunset in the evening. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bedding and towels are included in the price. Pets are welcome (up to three), and a baby cot can be provided upon request. A parking space for your vehicle is available directly at the house. In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you need for a relaxed stay: A restaurant can be reached after about 300 metres, a supermarket is located approximately 400 metres away, and the town centre is only 2 kilometres distant. The environment offers numerous leisure activities - from swimming, diving and snorkelling to boat trips, sailing and hiking in nature. By arrangement, a barbecue facility is also available in the garden.
