“Great central lication. Easy access to the trams to get to the palace, central train depit, canal cruises, anne frank etc. Bus/tram system was easy to use. Just tap your credit card when you get on and again when you get off. Hotel had a breakfast but we didnt order it. Seemed a little pricey. Tons if restaurants near by in the rembrant park one block behind the hotel. Bed was comfortable and room nice. Shower was a little different but think just because of a different culture. “The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk.
Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up our room keys before going to the hotel itself. It was only about 7 minutes walk between the two locations, but after a long journey to the Netherlands I'd have……

“I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room”

“The location is excellent and the size of the apartment was fine. Very accurate at the website photos.
The beds weren’t very comfortable. The mattress of the bed and the sofa bed were old or with high usage.
If you want to clean towels you have to request it by the WhatsApp the day before.
