We spent a week in this house with our daughter, her husband, and their two young adult daughters. So much space for everyone to spread out, and the house was so thoughtfully well stocked with anything you might need. There weren’t many spices on hand but there were enough dishes and toiletries and linens for our group of six to be very happy. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower after the beach days and the shade provided by the trees. The yard was very private and provided a great place to read or eat. There was plenty of room for all of us. There were a few things that could have improved the stay. First, it would have been nice if there was a screen door leading from the kitchen to the deck to help cool the house. There was a charcoal grill that we used which was fine but we had to buy charcoal ourselves and there was a gas grill in the basement that we would have preferred to use but couldn't. Also, the skylight above the bed where my wife and I slept didn't have a screen so the sun came in early making it hard to sleep. Those are small things but could be easily fixed by the owner. Also, the washing machine had to be replaced (which I know can't be planned) so we were without it for the first few days, which was OK. But no one showed up to meet the delivery people when it was delivered, so I had to be there to let them in and show them where the old machine was. The delivery window was four hours and they came toward the end of that so I couldn't really leave during that time. ##### Joseph D. My only complaint would be that we could not, among four younger adults, figure out how to get the TV to work. The house is on a quiet dead end street close to pond and bike trail and about a 5 min drive to Breakwater beach. Fenced in yard was perfect for the dog to play. The kitchen was great, and the Upstairs bathrooms were beautiful. We all really enjoyed our stay. ##### Maricella M.
