“I would definitely stay here again. Nice and spacious suite. It has a full kitchen, laundry room, and walk-in closet. Easy check-in. There is no sign on building or entrance to indicate it is CozyStay. You must locate entrance by address number. I recommend they have extra washcloths in rooms. Would also be nice if they put a few loads of laundry powder in rooms. It is in a convenient location and in walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants. And a short drive to many entertainment……

“We arrived exhausted at the end of a long day and the room had not been cleaned from the previous occupants. We tried to reach the host repeatedly and got no response. Called customer service who was similarly unable to reach her. We went to dinner unsure whether we even had a place to stay that night. Fortunately, about 2 hours after our initial attempt to reach her, the host contacted me, apologetic and said that there had been a miscommunication and she got the place cleaned. It would have……

“Accurate representation of # of beds, baths, & balcony. Parking description is misleading. Street parking is open to the public and difficult to find a spot. Do not expect to find parking.Front door lock to the building opens with code but could not be locked after entry This was a major safety issue. Apartment door lock worked as intended. When I notified the host I was told the lock will automatically reset after 3 minutes. It did not reset. When I called back the host did not answer. ……

“Description and photos set appropriate expectations. Yes, there is an elevated train outside the door. Did it bother us? No, we were expecting it and being close to a stop was an added plus for touring the city. The studio was clean, the host communicated quickly and clearly when the VRBO website didn't so that we had no delay in checking in, the toiletry amenities were unexpected and thoughtful, and the prepared notebook of options for restaurants and places to visit was appreciated.
