“Nothing on this property has been upgraded in years. We could hear people flushing their toilets two rooms down. We woke up to ants on the tables in the room which we had to throw out $ of food. Our grandchildren and great grandson had ants in their room. The owner blew it off like the ants were expected. Normal people use Terminx on a regular basis so this doesn't happen. $225 for a room! Never again stay there. It's what we deserve for staying in a podunk town in Calif and expecting something……

There is no onsite staff, you are sent an access code beforehand to get into your room. We booked via Expedia (who likes to send messages) so I missed the message with the access code and was panicking a bit before another lodger told us what to look for.
