“We stayed for one night prior to cruise departure. The staff were helpful, friendly. All room and amenities spaces were clean and neat. When we thought that we'd left something behind, all email responses were quick and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to food, activities, and the cruise ship pier.”

“staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!”

“Great location. Short drive to various towns. Walking path nearby. Large, modern clean rooms. We were fortunate to get an upgrade to a triple room with walk out patio. Excellent buffet breakfast. Free parking with lots of spaces. Helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“check-in 流程極差。check-in 使用線上，限制20點前要填資料繳費check-in 取得線上開門連結，不然就要提這行李罰站在大門口敲門沒人回、線上客服也不回應的狀態。線上checkin 還要填一堆資料跟信用卡付款稅。 早餐家庭式自助吧，補菜有點慢，該有的都有算豐富，基本上吃飽沒問題，口味ok，值不值得就見仁見智。 住宿就兩層樓沒有電梯，二樓要小扛行李，木地板晚上走路會比較大聲。 這次住豪華雙人房，房內住宿沒什麼大問題，浴室整潔。有些房型還有小沙發算大的。”
