Valet service and check in was quick and easy. Room was very spacious and the bar options near the pool and on the rooftop are a nice touch. Breakfast was solid and the location is about a 10 minute walk to downtown with entertainment nearby as well.

Nice parking, clean room, quiet at night. The air conditioner had fan issue and started creating beats at 4, slightly annoying but overall a great experience.

Overall, my stay was okay, but there were a couple of issues that negatively impacted my experience. The biggest problem was that the air conditioning in Room 419 was not working properly. Instead of blowing cool air, it was blowing warm air, which made the room uncomfortable, especially during the night. Another major issue was the parking situation. The hotel parking lot was full, and I had to park in another hotel's parking lot. This was very inconvenient and frustrating, especially after a long day of traveling. Guests should not have to worry about finding parking or parking at a different property. I hope the hotel addresses these issues, particularly the air conditioning and parking availability, to improve the experience for future guests.
