“Great location for the price, with wonderful full buffet breakfast included in rooftop setting no less. Room very clean and large bathroom and shower was a plus. Only concern would be the railway behind the property that might wake a light sleeper during the night, otherwise I fully recommend this place for a 2 or 3 day stay as part of an extended vacation visiting other great sights in Italy!”

“Nota positiva:il personale, gentilissimo, competente, disponibile,cordiale, si fanno in quattro per accontentare il cliente. Ma la struttura andrebbe un po' "svecchiata". arredamento camera extra minimal, tutto bianco che faceva quasi ospedale. Diciamo che qualche accessorio avrebbe dato alla camera un aspetto più....."caldo". Pavimento anni '60come probabilmente tutta la struttura, che alla reception appare bello, con i fiori, degli archi, carino, ma poi andando avanti ed entrando in stanza va……

“Personal sehr nett, Zimmer ausreichende Größe, allerdings eher dunkel und kein toller Blick oder Balkon. Dafür waren 240€/Nacht einfach zu viel. Ja die Lage ist gut sehr nah zum Strand aber wir sind von einem besseren Blick aus dem Zimmer ausgegangen. Frühstück in einem sehr schönen Außenbereich.”

“Excellent 5-night stay. Perfect for my mountain biking vacation - a short ride to the shuttles, large secure bike room and bike wash. The studio had really good air-con (definitely needed as it was very hot and humid when I was there) and had everything I needed to cook some meals. Gianluca was very helpful and I would highly recommend this accommodation.”

“The room was really spacious and comfortable, however, the A/C was not able to maintain the temperature. We stayed on the top floor, maybe that was the issue. No other complaints otherwise.”
