KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
The open plan living/kitchen area has a spacious open feel to it with a fully equipped kitchen and modern amenities like a 2-ring halogen hob, Nespresso Coffee machine, microwave, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The dining table seats up to three guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room positioned at the front of the property, set up with a Smart TV and sofa, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV by streaming your favourite channels with the free wifi.
BATHROOM
The bathroom is located on the upper level and includes a shower over the bath, toilet, basin and mirror, complemented by stylish finishes and amenities for a comfortable stay
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.
BEDROOMS
The apartment features two inviting bedrooms: one with a cosy king-size bed and the other with unique cabin-style bunk beds. Fresh white linens, towels, and guest toiletries are thoughtfully provided for your stay.

This accommodation has stairs and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. There are 3 stairs outside, and 14 stairs down to the lower ground floor.

House Rules – Making Your Stay (and Everyone Else’s) Enjoyable
We want you to have a brilliant stay with us! To help make that happen – and out of respect for our neighbours and the property – we kindly ask that you follow these simple house rules:
Smoking
Smoking or vaping isn't allowed indoors. If you’d like to smoke, please use the outdoor patio (if available) and kindly dispose of any cigarette ends or related debris responsibly.
Noise
To keep things peaceful for our neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. That means no loud music or parties during these hours.
We’re not the anti-fun police – we want you to have a great time – we just ask for a bit of consideration so everyone can enjoy their evening (and a good night’s sleep!).
Please note: If there’s a call-out due to excessive noise, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.
Pets - This property is not pet-friendly. No Pets are allowed.
Check-Out Time - Check-out is by 11 am. We kindly ask that you leave on time so we can get everything ready for the next guests. Late check-outs may incur a £50 per hour fee.
Before You Leave - Before heading off, we’d appreciate it if you could:
Do any washing up
Bag up your rubbish and place it in the appropriate bins
Return keys to the key safe
Switch off all lights
Make sure all windows are closed
Turn down the heating (especially during the winter months)
Not only does this help us prepare for the next guests, but it also helps us do our bit for the environment by saving energy and reducing waste. Every little bit counts – thank you!
Age Policy
The lead guest must be 21 years of age or older. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept bookings from groups where the majority of guests are under this age. If you’re unsure, please don't hesitate to contact us before booking.
A Quick Note on Deposits
If any house rules aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!
