"Spectacular! We had 3 families up for a long weekend at Patoka Lake. Location was better than perfect, quick 1 mile drive to the boat ramp, restaurants were close, town a short drive. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the property. Attention to detail was top notch: super comfy beds, plenty of kitchen utensils, appliances, and serving ware for grilling out. "I had mixed feelings about this property, and I will say up front that most of my concerns are “first world problems.” Location was great in regards to proximity to lake and access to a relatively quiet boat ramp. Loved the playground, hammocks, and outdoor spaces. HOWEVER, we weren’t a big fan of our cabin. It’s outdated and was pretty dirty - cobwebs everywhere, and lots of dust in corners/wall cracks. "I canceled my reservation with Vrbo, got a cancellation email from Vrbo saying they received it but it never got canceled. I got charged for a cabin I didn’t use. Vrbo and the host had no interest in trying to resolve."
