- Famed for its fresh seafood and colourful houses, Brixham boasts a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants as well as boat trips from the harbour. The perfect choice for a family holiday, this property is within easy reach of the spectacular coastal path, which connects Brixham with sheltered coves and the pretty towns and villages of South Devon. Head out and explore the rest of the English Riviera with an abundance of sandy beaches to explore, or just taking the foot ferry to Torquay. If an active holiday is more your style then there are plenty of things to keep you busy ranging from golf, walking and cycling. Other attractions within easy reach include Kents Cavern, Paignton Zoo, Living Coast, Quay West, Plymouth and Exeter.
Wedgewood is a stylish and modern open plan home designed in the early ‘60s by a renowned local Architect in the modernist style - offering beautiful flexible spaces with harmonious blend of contemporary and original features. Zonal lighting in the large living area and outside terrace allows you to create the perfect ambience as evening falls.
Enter this stunning property and find yourself in the light and spacious hallway, with a large built-in cloakroom for storing coats and shoes, situated here is a separate handy WC. Heading down the hallway you will find the large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with comfy seating and Smart TV with Sky Q.. The lounge offers an open fire in the original feature fire place, this is the perfect place to relax and entertain your family and friends. A high end music streamer allows you to stream your favourite music smart devices, Spotify or tidal accounts or enjoy in the HD internet radio, all with stunning room filling sound quality. You can cook up a feast in the contemporary fitted kitchen with electric oven, gas/induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area is big enough for everybody and is the ideal space for those all-important family meals, or if you simply just want some quiet reading time the study/reading area is the perfect spot. Heading further into the property you will find the four bedrooms, one super-king-size zip-and-links (which can be made up as twins on request), two king-size and one double. Finishing the accommodation is the large bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.
Heading outside to the large south facing garden with lawn and patio, perfect for dining alfresco and enjoying the stunning views across the valley. A large sloping driveway, recently updated in March 2025, leading to a covered car port with private off-road parking for up to three cars.

- Luxury family bathroom which offers a free standing bath, WC and separate shower
- Separate WC located off hallway
- Electric oven, gas/induction hob, wine cooler, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Tassimmo coffee machine and washing machine
- A large sloping driveway leading to a covered car port with private off-road parking for up to three cars
- Open fire (first starter pack included)
- Several beaches within 1 mile, the beautiful Broad sands beach is a short 1.5 mile car journey or within walking distance along the coastal path
- Shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants within walking distance
- Smart TV with Sky Q which Inc. movies and high end music streamer located in the lounge
- Please note there is a Fire exit door located in the Super king size room
- American style barrel BBQ and slow smoker which is located in the enclosed rear garden
- The Cleaning team will be entering the property promptly from 10am to clean, unless otherwise agreed, there will be a late charge applied for guests,
- Brixham is a beautiful harbourside town nestling on the edge of the beautiful English Riviera so access to some parts of the village will have to accessed by steps and hills. Alternatively, there is a public car park located in the heart of Brixham if you wish to drive to and from the harbour.
- Please note the residual bin collection will usually be collected every other Thursday- see following link: https://www.torbay.gov.uk/recycling/bin-collections/ Guests will be required to support the collection of waste during their stay by placing your recycling boxes and wheeled bins at the boundary of your property so it is easily accessible from the adopted public highway by 6am on your collection day. Once emptied please return to the storage location All waste is to go into the general waste bin, except for cardboard, please place this in the recycling boxes provided.
- Please note the direction to the property, there is a steep road with two bends leading to the house. Follow the road around and Wedgewood will be situated on your right There’s an alternative route which is prior to this road with a ‘gentle’ uphill drive leading to the house to your left
