Large room with lovely views. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. Easy access via car to University of Warwick. Difficult to access the hotel when an event is happening, due to the small country road and number of cars arriving at the same time. Some areas, especially in the leisure centre look a bit tired.

"Firstly, the stay was fantastic, great air con. Just a few picky bits, window wasn’t clean, stains on curtains. Futon mattress foam left unzipped. Bottom of bed frame fabric was ripped. Hallway carpet looked very dirty. It was all looking a bit tired and weathered. But all in all, a lovely stay!"
