"We were in the paddocks, bed was a little small and the safe was locked, did inform reception and credit to them they did offer to come out but we declined as only there for one night. Bathroom needs an overhaul, water took ages to warm up ."

"Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending ..."
