"We have stayed here before and it is a good practical option for us when we visit family. It is clean modern and nice and warm. We have stayed twice before in different rooms, both of which were bigger than the one we had this time. It would really have been more suitable for a single guest. That being said, we did manage ok for 2 nights. We did notice the noise from other guests a bit more this time than we did before. The location is ideal as there are shops, bars and decent restaurants nearby, as well as the train station with links to Glasgow and Prestwick Airport. The owner is quick to respond to any queries and messages which is good. We will stay again. "

"We had a great stay. Lovely place, amazing grounds, A1 service. A little confusing at first because there is a resort side and house hotel side. But staff was great explaining and getting us a person to help with our bags. Had dinner at the Cruize restaurant absolutely delicious and fresh food. Rooms excellent, lovely clean and bed was amazing comfortable. We really loved our stay. One recommendation is that the glass door in the shower is too short and there is no way the floor outside the shower doesn’t get wet. "
