Love this hotel. Charming, small, great location walking up to Old Town.
Had dinner in their restaurant and meal delicious. Also breakfast is included and they will make whatever you’d like.

This is a charming small hotel in the small, medieval town of Labin. It is right on the town square with historic sites, restaurants and shops nearby. The room was large and comfortable with a very nice bathroom with two sinks and a shower. The high point of our stay was Sema, the manager. She assured that everything was perfect from the room to the amazing included breakfast to arranging transport and experiences.

The room and bathroom were small but clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were on the ground floor and had probably the only room with only a partial sea view. Half of the view was the restaurant.
Breakfast was very good - you order from a menu rather than having a buffet. Weather depending, you could sit poolside or in the restaurant.
The only drawback was that the A/C was set so it could not be lower than 21°C/70°F. For many that would be fine. For us it was uncomfortable and made it hard...

An unbelievable Gem of a hotel! Your room is literally right on the water! We enjoyed hearing the waves as we fell asleep. Free surface parking and a delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Hotel Navis is perfect! Beautiful property, breathtaking views, amazing staff… great food! Extremely relaxing place, with a feel like you are unreachable to the world… super clean and cared for.
The best part; however, are the people that make it feel like home. Huge thank you to the amazing Dejan and Dragana, which are the kindest and most professional hotel staff I ever encountered (huge congratulations to the owner for hiring and keeping such talanet). Marija for making the best coffee with...

Beautiful large room.USB/USC outlets. Beautiful location. Use public parking. Restaurants are walking distance. Smart TV. Welcome bottle water. Free coffees and juices. Decors are warm and welcome. Staff members are on site and attentive. I stayed few more hotels within the same price range in this Croatia trip. No other rooms could compare to this one. Highly recommended.

This was an incredible gem and amazing value. It’s a bit off the beaten track which we loved…incredible views of Rijeka and the water while being in a tiny town. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable. Our host was so kind. If you need to be walkable to everything in Rijeka this isn’t your place but if you don’t mind a 5-10 minute drive this is so special. Local pizza place was also yummy and delivered.

We stayed in Room 506 from Thursday, 9/24/26, with our three children, my husband, and his service dog. Overall, we would rate our stay 8/10. We enjoyed many aspects of the property and would consider returning in 2027, but there were several areas where better communication and attention to detail would have made our stay much more enjoyable.
One of our first concerns was the smell of cigarette smoke in the bedroom closest to the kitchen, where the queen bed was located. We have allergies, so...
