"This hotel was phenomenal! The location was perfect to walk into old town , do activities such as boating cable cars, tours. Walkable. Loved the hotel staff, night staff room service above and beyond. The views from our room were unreal (we had a balcony executive one bedroom suite). Food at the restaurant piano bar and sunset drinks were beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay we hope tl be back in the future!"

"The hotel is right by the beach. It is 15 minutes by car from Diocletian's Palace. There's parking space in the street right in front of the hotel. It is on the seaboard and you can walk to plenty of shopping and dining options. Our room was modern, spacious and there was plenty of light. It had a balcony with sea views. The mattress was sturdy and comfortable. It had a mini fridge though no microwave. The bathroom had a shower and some toiletries. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the pool and it did not disappoint. Our son enjoyed it very much. It was a bit crowded but it was large enough. It is surrounded by crystal walls so we were able to see the sun set from the pool. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant but we did not use it. Breakfast was extraordinary. There were plenty of cold and warm options to choose from and quality was excellent. Staff was friendly. We asked in the bar for some ice and they had no problem giving us some."

"The concierge brought our luggage up to our room. We weren’t even there, and he left my coffee mug on the new sofa. In the end, I was treated unfairly, as if I’d been the one to do it. The restaurant staff, especially the women, also behaved appallingly when, at 10.30 am, they were told they could clear the tables. They started shovelling food into their mouths in front of the guests whilst clearing the Buffet.. The valet also failed to follow my instructions. I told him the handbrake was broken and asked him to please put a note in the car, otherwise it would make a terrible noise – but of course, he didn’t do it. Positive: It was very nice that we were given a brand-new, refurbished room. The safe wasn't working. There were coffee capsules, but no coffee machine. There was hot water for tea, but no tea. This is the first time I’ve had a complaint. I’ve been going there for years otherwise. I can clearly remember the concierge from the valet service, who’s certainly been working there for over 40 years. Of all the hotel staff, he was the only one who was genuinely helpful;TOP "
