“Es honestamente el mejor lugar donde me he hospedado en la vida. Tuvimos la suerte de tener prácticamente la casa para mi y mi mamá. Los hosts fueron súper amables y estuvieron atentos desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. El desayuno lo recomiendo ampliamente. Un lugar de cuento de hadas y no exagero. “Quality of the hotel is very good. Rustic rooms in a quiet and central location. We stayed in camelia room and shower doesn't have much ventilation therefore we can see damp and doesn't smell pleasant. We have been charged with 50 euros in the check in for my 5 year old son eventhough he slept in same bed with us and expedia guest policy clearly indicates child is allowed to stay in the room with you. ”

“Stunning property in a wonderful location. However, style over substance with the rooms and service. There is limited room to put anything, as surfaces are covered in ornaments. There was no full length mirror. “Beautiful hotel with intricate interior throughout which is a wonderful setting to base a stay in Bruges. The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome.
