The bed was comfortable but low to the floor. The shower was very slippery and could have used a shower mat. The breakfast was great. The staff were very nice and helpful.

First time in Italy and what a great introduction to Florence with this great hotel in the middle of this vibrant city. The staff was fun and amazing giving good advice where to dine at traditional restaurants that is walking distance. The best part is the upstairs indoor outdoor breakfast area with good selection of pastry, eggs, bacon etc even fresh honeycomb honey u can spoon it right out. In the evening outdoor terrace serves drinks and cocktail overlooking the city of Florence for a beautiful sunset. The elevator was a bit small and if u took the stairs was a little confusing but that was part of the charm and character of this hotel that made it special. I truly felt like i was experiencing Italy in this hotel and that's what makes traveling most enjoying.

Beautiful hotel! We didn't realize the pool would be closed when we were there, but otherwise excellent stay.
