"This is a great place for the young at heart. The management communicated well ahead of time, so we were prepared for the stairs--and they did help with the luggage! The room was smaller than we expected, but as we only needed to rest and shower there, it worked well for us. The staff were congenial and helpful. The only hiccup was with the coupon for the complimentary breakfast; we were unaware of it until time to pay for our meal, so we ended up paying the regular price."

"Great hotel, especially because of the excellent location. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but there are a few things that could be improved. We stayed for five days, and the pool was extremely cold for almost our entire stay. It wasn’t until our last day that the water temperature was actually comfortable. Another inconvenience is that you can’t order food, drinks, or other items and charge them to your room. For a hotel like this, being able to charge purchases directly to the room would make things much more convenient for guests. That being said, the hotel itself is very nice, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and the location is fantastic. With a few small improvements, the overall experience could be even better."
