“Leuk en proper verblijf met groot terras, alleen de buurt is niet zo fijn om tijdens de avond rond te lopen. Metro op 300m is ook een pluspunt. Alleen jammer dat we de laatste nacht het zonder stroom moesten doen door een panne in de straat maar daar kunnen ze bij het verblijf weinig aan doen.”

“bad communication, no response. property description was deceiving, not upfront, unsafe area in madrid. our food was stolen three times from delivery. hounded by beggers, hard nose no response or refund. Stayed elsewhere had to abandon the property 4 days early.
Even more Unsafe at night.
Would never recomend to anyone. Search the area before making the commitment.

“Es la primera vez que tenemos tantos problemas con un alquiler en VRBO. A este dpto lo tiene una empresa, Alterhome donde TODO fue problema. El pago habia que hacerlo a traves de Sabadel, probamos 8 tarjetas de credito y todas fueron rechazadas!!! Finalmente hubo que hecerles una transferencia… aqui ya empezamos con las idas y vueltas y con ganas de suspender la reserva. Nos hicieron hacer un check in en la web mas que complicado.. adjuntar fotos doc, datos y mas datos, de mas esta decir que el……

“Execelente experiencia, si bien es un depto compartido, esta super bien ubicado y tenes todas las comodidades necesarias para tu estancia, limpieza y servicios ( plancha, secador, lava y searropas, cocina completa) 2 baños completos disponibles y buena seguridad ya que cada habitacion cuenta con clave de ingreso. Quedamos encantados.”

ooked this as a surprise for the family for an Easter getaway. Dirty, unsafe and very old fixtures and fittings. We didn't stay, had to find alternative accommodation it was so poor. Awaiting refund, however not hopeful. Save yourself the hassle and find another suitable apartment.”

“The penthouse looks great and it is on the 5th floor and there’s no elevator. Me and 3 friends had terrible experiences climbing up the stairs and going down with our luggage. We had to stop on every floor to rest. You will need a Wi-Fi in order to unlock the doors on the first floor and to the unit. The second level of the unit has a squeaky floor. The penthouse has a nice roof deck but we didn’t get a chance to use it because of the weather plus we were out all day the entire stay. We also got……
