The hotel was excellent. Clean, close to the bus station. Rooms were comfy and we felt safe.!

Check in at midnight and it was excellent, I don’t remember the name of the FD agent, but he was awesome! Breakfast absolutely delicious and everything was so fresh. And staff at FD were so helpful with any questions I had. If I would come back to Brussels would live to stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay. I deliberately picked the hotel for its location, but others should be warned that it is not near the metro and will likely require access to a car. The hotel is about a half mile from the Chausee de Louvain and roughly 2-3 miles from the Roodebeek metro station. Parking is free in the street in front from 6:00 at night until 9:00 in the morning. Very nice hotel next to the Central train station. The room we had was large, good air conditioning and was very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was within about 10-12 min to the Grand Place and to the vibrant nightlife.

The property stuffs are very helpful. even this place doesn't offer the breakfast, however they provide the information and suggestions. overall it is a good place to stay

Beautiful hotel near the Brussels Airport. We enjoyed an evening meal on their 8th floor, admiring the view. They seemed to be short staffed but handled the crowd with a smile. The room was extremely comfortable.

THIS is a superb choice. We felt safe and oriented because it is near multiple forms of transportation. The hotel is very clean, the hotel staff are attentive, helpful and friendly. The breakfast would be reason enough alone to stay here: the choices are first class and inmaculately presented. The breakfast staff are polite and efficient. I do not know if you can do any better than Thon Hotel EU. The day we arrived we were greeted by the Hotel Manager and he was extremely kind and helpful....

Stayed overnight with my family. Staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was amazing! Walking distance to quite a few Brussel attractions. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I flew in from the US in the morning and went to the hotel 3 hrs before checkin time. The staff was super efficient in getting me the first available room from housekeeping. And I was able to refresh before going on to the walking tour of Brussels. Bar staff is super nice too, drinks variety excellent. Highly recommend!

Close to bus and metro. Easily can walk to different sites nearby.

Good location - less than 10 minute walk to train station. about a 5 minute walk to the "grand place" Room was sizeable. Good bed.. pillows a bit on the soft side. Bathroom was good size. Had a large soaking tub. Shower head was great.
