Amazing bed, breakfast and dinner. Spa is breathtaking and has 2 sauna rooms facing the city. Soundproof could be better if you are sensitive to noise. But with the spa and nice staff I would go back again.

The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were all friendly and helpful, in particular Romona from house keeping. My only slightly negative comment on my staff was having to wait 40 minutes to check in, as the room wasnt prepared, however to thier credit the hotel apologised and gave ...

a&o Brussel Centrum
Room was spacious, staff was excellent and helpful. Breakfast had heaps of options. The only downfall is that the hotel is located close to Gare du Nord station which is a red light area where thieves operate. Highly recommend to take a taxi. Apart from that, the hotel is excellent
