“We really enjoyed our time at the cabin! It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, furniture was great and the view was beautiful! We are coming back in July! ”

“Responsive host. Quiet location. Beautiful lake views. All the amenities you might need for a relaxing lake vacation. Our only complaint was the mosquitos. Definetly bring your bug spray and a thermacel if you have one. ”

“Small, but mighty house right on the water. Very private location, which we love! We went for the fall colors, golf, walks and boat rides on the very nice pontoon. The home has everything you need! Beds are comfortable!! Hosts are gracious and responsive. ”

“My family just spent a week at this wonderful cabin. Everyone had a great time! The host was very responsive to all questions. My grandkids absolutely loved the lake, very nice sand area, and good floating items. Would highly recommend for get away!”

“The home was easy to find, very clean, had everything basic we needed. Used the kayaks and those were in good condition as well. The property was well maintained and cared for. The hot tub was ready for our use which was awesome. We were too early in the season for the dock. Overall we'd love to stay again, maybe even bring the kids next time. The leaving process was simple and not tedious like some places. ”

“Everything was nice except for the weather. Of course as usual the day we left, calm lake and sunny. While we were there, white caps on the lake and cold. We made the best of our time despite the weather”

“We had an excellent time at this cottage. Lake was clean with sandy bottom and shallow enough for kids (littles 2 & 5) to swim and play. Zebra mussels were plentiful so water shoes are a good idea as shells can cut feet. Cottage was spacious and beds were comfortable. A few more lamps would be nice for nighttime ambiance lighting. We loved sitting on the deck and the fire pit is in a great location. We rented a pontoon which was great for cruising the lake. Other lake residents like to park……

“Awesome location on beautiful chain lake. You can rent a pontoon boat, which i highly recommend. Very peaceful and relaxing. Lots of space and has everything you need and then some. Very well appointed and decorated. Will definitely stay again. I highly recommend at least several days; we stayed 4 nights and nobody wanted to leave!”

“Overall, this was a great cottage for our hunting trip. There were some cleanliness issues when we arrived, but Jeff was very responsive and timely with his communications with us. We worked through the minor issues, and I must say, Jeff was a real pleasure to work with. He checked in on us throughout our stay, making sure everything was going well, and answered every question we had. The cottage is beautiful and in a great location. “The house is small. (Great for two people. Will sleep more but would be crowded in the living area.) It has been updated and is very cute. (Personal favorites are the outdoor solar lighting details.) The kitchen is good for simple things but not ideal if you like to cook. (No actual oven and not much for utensils/pots/pans/etc.) The fire pit area is great, as is the firewood supply. The updated dock is nice. (Is not a great spot for swimming.) Nice road for walking. ”

“We had the best time and truly loved the Deerbrook cabin! The pictures on VRBO did not do it justice. The view, dock, cleanliness and layout was absolutely perfect. Having our first cup of coffee, sitting on the dock, was a great way to begin the day. Ending our day, around the well-equipped fire pit, was fun and relaxing. We made the one full bathroom work, among the four of us. Having the basement half bath made it very doable. It was so nice, easy to navigate and welcoming! The owner’s……
