"Everything was clean and ready for us as soon as we got there . Judy was amazing and attentive . I was on crutches, but she was super accommodating the entire trip. She was always available whenever we needed something and checked in with us, as well. The property was beautiful and the lake was amazing . Would definitely come back out here !"

"This property sits on top of a granite hill overlooking Inks Lake. Because of where it is on the lake you have over 180 degrees of lake views with lots of natural light coming to the rooms. The house is very comfortable and clean. It is in a quiet subdivision on Inks Lake that is full of deer and friendly neighbors. Highly recommend! We will be back for sure!"

"We enjoyed our stay so much ! Jessica , our host, had the house well stocked with anything we might have needed to have a carefree stay and small details like a bluetooth speaker , bug repellents are so well appreciated! The beds were so comfortable to sleep on. The outdoor space was so well set up for us to enjoy nature. Bluebonnets were in full bloom ( April) too adding more beauty. Would definitely recommend this place! I will just warn about the bugs for people who cannot stand them at all....

"We had the best time and it was perfect for our little family reunion. The houses were clean and spacious. Hosts were very responsive with a couple of things we needed. We would definitely consider coming back there when it's cooler and stay a few more days to enjoy the lake more."

"This property was amazing. When they say fully stocked they werent kidding. Coffee maker. Tons of silverware, plates, cups, wine glasses, shot glasses, measuring spoons and cups, knives, towels, etc. Property owner was very friendly. Read previous reviews of uncomfortable beds and couches and this was not the case. Couches were great even had throw blankets on them. Only thing to make the stay better would be the water levels for the lake to be up. But out of anybodys control and was mentioned...
