The hotel has a beautiful and magical atmosphere, especially with the lighting. Even on the third floor, you can really enjoy the atmosphere. The location is excellent and close to everything. I could literally take a bus for just 3–4 stops to reach almost any tourist attraction. The area is lively, full of people and activity, and especially great for nightlife lovers. The room was generally clean, and we had a pleasant stay overall. However, there are some things that should be improved. The coffee machine is very old and the water came out mixed with limescale, which did not seem clean. To be fair, we asked for a kettle and the staff provided one. The morning receptionist could also be more welcoming and smile a little instead of making guests feel ignored. The check-in policy is extremely strict. We arrived 4 hours early and waited the entire time on the sofa. They would not let us enter even 5 minutes before 2 PM, which felt unnecessarily strict. The key card for entering the hotel from outside did not work, so every time we returned, we had to ring the reception bell and wait for someone to open the door. Finally, housekeeping entered our room with a key without knocking, although we had not requested cleaning. We politely asked her to return later when we were out. Overall, a beautiful hotel with a great location and atmosphere, but there is room for improvement in these areas.

Hotel is in a great location, but it is right next to a metro station and busy main roads, there is a lot of noise all through the night from passing traffic. The bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of space. But there was an ant infestation in the bathroom which we didn't discover until the last night. Fridge in the room also didn' t work

Does exactly what it says. Decent bed, clean, great location near subway entrance and next to. Burger King, Lidl & restaurants and bars within a few Mins walk. Is this a luxury hotel, no. Is it clean, comfortable and well priced YES!!

The room could be better, no napkins, no water, no wifi, however it was very clean. The location was perfect in the middle of everything to see in Budapest. The staff was amazing specially Tunde she was very helpful. The breakfast is so limited and also they charged for my 3YO kid whom should be for free.

The hotel was in a great location. The rooms had been renovated. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the cleanliness. We thought they'd cleaned it, but the napkins left under our pillows had been there for days. So, they'd just made the bed. No sheets had been changed. Furthermore, we had identical towels hanging in the bathroom. We'd used those towels, and if we hadn't been able to tell them apart because one was torn, our towels would have been mixed up. This made us think they might have been given other guests' towels. The hotel staff was friendly, but the cleanliness was a real concern.

A fine and cheap hotel

An okay, but cheap hotel close to the city center and to the ruin bars. The staff was helpful and nice. Our AC wasn't working, and it was quite hot, especially since our window was right out to the courtyard, so it wasn't that appealing to have open a window. However, for the price it is quite nice.

I did not like most of all the staff. There were only 2 somewhat kind receptionists, the rest, it seemed that we were bothering them. Breakfast was limited and not very good, but at least was cheaper than in surrounding coffeeshops. Our room was a bit noisy until 1 am. After that the street sound diminishes. Not a very good neighborhood to walk at night.

The location was excellent when price is taken to account. There was about 15min walk to the all locations and stores were next to the hotel. Bed was comfortable. The hotelroom was not the same in the real life than in the pictures. It was a little bit dirty when we arrived. We found for example empty water bottles under the bed and there was strange stains on the carpet. Carpet on the floor was wet from some places when we arrived to the hotel room. There was two big dissappointments. First is the shower. The pressure of the shower was awful. Hopefully we had warm water. The biggest dissapointment was breakfast which cost 15€/person. It is not worth it. There were onky a few choices of to pick what to eat. Food which supposed to be warm were cold. Coffee tasted awful. Dishes were dirty. You could easily buy a way better freakfast for example for 2 mornings with 15€ rather than eat there. ALSO when we checked into the hotel the receptionist tried to charge us the breakfast peice again. We have paid it beforehand when reserving the hotel. After a little discussion the receptionist said that they had ” a problem in their system” why they did not see our paid breakfast. Finally we got the breakfast ticket. I think that they tried to recharge us again if we would have been softer.

This hotel is a good choice for a short trip. The location is great, with grocery and shopping options, cafés, and excellent public transportation access all nearby. The amenities are just okay. The mattress is very thin, there is no full-length mirror, the sink is very small, and there’s hardly any counter space in the bathroom. Considering the value for money and the fact that breakfast was included in my booking, I’m still giving it 4 stars overall.

The bedcovers were dirty with body fluids. The bunk beds in the quad were super rickety. You have to ask for the controller to the AC so you just assume it doesn’t work for a few days. Communication/instructions at check-in were lacking. The hotel sign is not well marked so it’s hard to find. Especially in the dark.
