“地方在舊城鎮很方便，搭公車或者metro 都很容易，大部份景點都可以步行，但係住宿則欠缺清潔度，微波爐、焗爐都有食物嘅殘渣，雪櫃的雪櫃入面有很多汁液嘅污垢，提供嘅毛巾都已經很舊，並且使用的時候脫落很多纖維，還有廁所有異味及沖厠的按鈕上都有很多污跡，枕頭都很舊，除此之外，其他地方都算整潔。”

“搭乘1號 tram 由車站抵達附近，隨著 google map 指引，看到建物規模比想像中小了不少，有點擔心，看到飯店的旗幟大小也是小巧可愛。 飯店接待是位專業的女士，雖然不像五星連鎖飯店接待般的笑臉迎人，但她展現的是專業的說明與明快的處置，即使我們提早抵達，仍讓我們盡速入住。 飯店還提供免費的 Mini Bar ，裡面有我思念已久的 Vinea 氣泡飲料，還有好喝的斯洛伐克啤酒。 飯店早餐走的是精緻路線，部分可自行拿取如飲料、糕點與水果等。菜色樣式雖然不多，但我的妻子相當喜歡。 飯店房間小了點，整體空間卻營造出老式的美國奢華，相當舒適。 這個價格帶是我下次再前往的不二選擇，即使我之前住過Bratislava 其他五星連鎖的飯店。 ”

“This was definitely a 5-star experience, from check in, to the room, housekeeping, facilities, restaurant. The breakfast was definitely a huge highlight. Best coffee in Bratislava! Cooked to order breakfast was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay for my husband's birthday weekend. We thank each one of the staff for their hospitality and hope to be back again soon!”
