I had a birthday during my stay here and all staff we encountered during our stay went out of their way to make the few days special. From front desk to bar to cleaning staff, everyone contributed to a great trip. The breakfast buffet had good choices and the bar had a generous happy hour offer which kept nice drinks flowing in the evening. The rooftop pool is great - the view of the sea is slightly dotted with tall buildings, but still is a lovely, clean, peaceful place to relax and soak up some sun. Location wise, the whole area is very walkable from the hotel with the beach and old town only around a 10 minute walk. The room was clean and had enough space. The shower worked perfectly well and all the other amenities were up to scratch. The breakfast served in a morning was pretty good and included all the usual continental items. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is ideal, just a short walk away from the old town and the beach where there are plenty of bars & restaurants. It’s also only a 15 minute walk from the bus station which is helpful if you want to take a day trip to a different town/city. Breakfast had a huge variety to choose from every day. The gym was brand new and well equipped. Also the rooftop pool on a sunny day is amazing- views all over the city! We were really made to feel very welcome & thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The rooftop pool is a great asset. The only slight improvement that could be made is to the breakfast options. Fruit availability is limited and the hot food could be better. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel. We stayed in an executive room, which was really spacious, kept very clean and very usefully had a fridge.
