"The cottage was great! Modern and clean. All amenities as described. Seller responsive and answered all questions. The lovely cottage is overlooking a lake but unfortunately we weren't able to fish from it as we were hoping. Lakes were swampy and there was no access to the lakes on property. Mississippi is within few blocks though and we fished from there. Remember mosquitoe spray... you'll need it. Overall, happy with our stay and with seller 😃. " The campground itself is pretty basic, with cheek to jowl RVs. We stayed in cottage #1 and, on check in, everything seemed good. However, upon entering the cottage we could feel the floor sink several inches in the center of the cabin, as if the subfloor was going to disintegrate each time we stepped on it, so we parked our luggage rack over that spot to avoid stepping on it. There is one couch that seats two people and a large TV which worked OK, but only a few feet from the couch so too...
